MYOM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,703 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUSC3, SHD, and ABITRAM. Each is linked with MYOM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOM1 versus TUSC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
