Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYOG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYOG data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MYOG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYOG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LUAD are the cancer types where MYOG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
