Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN16, ZP4, and PGF. Each is linked with MYOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOG-to-partner and partner-to-MYOG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOG versus CLDN16 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
