Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR670, RPL26P34, and RNU6-32P. Each is linked with MYOG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOG-to-partner and partner-to-MYOG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR670 grouped by MYOG-low versus MYOG-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
