The most reproducible MYOG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol by sarcoplasmic reticulum, Negative regulation of glutamate secretion, and Regulation of neurotrophin production. Each is linked with MYOG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOG-to-partner and partner-to-MYOG results are reported.
