MYOCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,202 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH11, MYH11_S1954, and MYH11_S8. Each is linked with MYOCD in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOCD-to-partner and partner-to-MYOCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOCD versus MYH11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
