Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOCD-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,706 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOCD-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELF2-AS2, RN7SL629P, and RN7SL655P. Each is linked with MYOCD-AS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOCD-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOCD-AS1 results are reported.
