Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYO9B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYO9B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MYO9B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MYO9B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
