MYO9B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO9B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, FN1, and SRGN. Each is linked with MYO9B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO9B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO9B versus TLR8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
