MYO9B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO9B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTL, DEPDC1, and SNRPFP4. Each is linked with MYO9B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO9B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTL grouped by MYO9B-low versus MYO9B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
