The most reproducible MYO9B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with MYO9B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO9B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO9B results are reported.
