MYO9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,529 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO9A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SENP8, MYO9A_S1733, and ZNF622_S143. Each is linked with MYO9A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO9A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO9A versus SENP8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
