Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,045 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF19, CDC20, and POC1A. Each is linked with MYO9A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO9A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO9A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO9A versus PRPF19 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
