Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO9A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with MYO9A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO9A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO9A results are reported.
