MYO5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA3, GSC2, and F11. Each is linked with MYO5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5C-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA3 grouped by MYO5C-low versus MYO5C-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
