MYO1H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,507 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, PSLNR, and GCAT. Each is linked with MYO1H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1H-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by MYO1H-low versus MYO1H-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
