MYO1H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,355 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with MYO1H in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1H-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heterochromatin formation grouped by MYO1H-low versus MYO1H-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
