MYO1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 692 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGRRF1, N4BP1, and RAB3IP. Each is linked with MYO1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1G-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CGRRF1 grouped by MYO1G-low versus MYO1G-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
