MYO1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,857 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, TNS1_S681, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with MYO1D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1D-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1D versus THBS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
