MYO1D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,827 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMP, ABCA9, and FOXS1. Each is linked with MYO1D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1D-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1D versus COMP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
