Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,636 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle localization, Establishment of vesicle localization, and Serotonin secretion. Each is linked with MYO1D in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1D-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1D results are reported.
