MYO1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,087 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, RAI14, and LUZP1. Each is linked with MYO1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1B versus PLAU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
