MYO1B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,801 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A1, RNU6-1045P, and MICAL2. Each is linked with MYO1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1B versus COL4A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
