MYO1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF5, SNRNP25, and FBXO22. Each is linked with MYO1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF5 grouped by MYO1B-low versus MYO1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
