MYO1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,217 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM150B, TLDC2, and TAC3. Each is linked with MYO1A in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1A versus TMEM150B in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
