MYO19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,138 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, RFC2, and MCM2_S139. Each is linked with MYO19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO19-to-partner and partner-to-MYO19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 versus MCM3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
