MYO19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,211 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, RASGRP2, and ARHGAP22. Each is linked with MYO19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO19-to-partner and partner-to-MYO19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
