Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYO15A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYO15A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MYO15A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO15A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where MYO15A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
