Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO15A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO15A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PAI-1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MYO15A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO15A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO15A results are reported.
