Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO15A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,305 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO15A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with MYO15A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO15A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO15A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by MYO15A-low versus MYO15A-high in OESOPHAGUS.
