MYO15A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO15A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,088 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO15A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, ZNF18, and GPR101. Each is linked with MYO15A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO15A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO15A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36A grouped by MYO15A-low versus MYO15A-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO15A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO15A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
