MYO10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,832 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR2, CFHR2, and TBC1D15. Each is linked with MYO10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO10-to-partner and partner-to-MYO10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KSR2 grouped by MYO10-low versus MYO10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
