MYLK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKIPSD, ACTR5, and SIVA1. Each is linked with MYLK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK4-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCKIPSD grouped by MYLK4-low versus MYLK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
