MYLK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,404 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPRE3, JUNB, and USP2_S252. Each is linked with MYLK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK3-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK3 versus MAPRE3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
