Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYLK3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MYLK3 data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MYLK3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYLK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LGG show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and LUSC are the cancer types where MYLK3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
