MYLK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNNC2, RBM24, and CACNG6. Each is linked with MYLK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK3-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK3 versus TNNC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
