Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYLK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,389 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with MYLK3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK3-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK3 results are reported.
