Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC8, MIOX, and CHGA. Each is linked with MYLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYLIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLIP versus WFDC8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
