Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, P-Cadherin, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MYLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYLIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27_pT198 grouped by MYLIP-low versus MYLIP-high in UCEC.
