MYL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,631 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, VPS4A, and RCCD1. Each is linked with MYL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL9-to-partner and partner-to-MYL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by MYL9-low versus MYL9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
