The most reproducible MYL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, LYVE1, and AFAP1L1. Each is linked with MYL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL4-to-partner and partner-to-MYL4 results are reported.
