Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,113 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ41, CISD1P1, and PLA2G4C. Each is linked with MYL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL2-to-partner and partner-to-MYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL2 versus TRAJ41 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
