The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MYL12B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYL12B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where MYL12B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
