MYL12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL12A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 405 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF6, ZNF430, and SP110. Each is linked with MYL12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL12A-to-partner and partner-to-MYL12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF6 grouped by MYL12A-low versus MYL12A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
