MYHAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYHAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,190 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYHAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP7, CNN2, and ECM1. Each is linked with MYHAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYHAS-to-partner and partner-to-MYHAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYHAS versus FKBP7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYHAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYHAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
