MYH9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,573 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23A, SERPINH1, and SH3PXD2B. Each is linked with MYH9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH9-to-partner and partner-to-MYH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH9 versus SEC23A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
