MYH9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, MTFP1, and CDC7. Each is linked with MYH9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH9-to-partner and partner-to-MYH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf46 grouped by MYH9-low versus MYH9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
