Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,955 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Caveolin-mediated endocytosis, Caveola assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion. Each is linked with MYH9 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH9-to-partner and partner-to-MYH9 results are reported.
