MYH9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,485 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT1, ACTL7B, and BHLHE23. Each is linked with MYH9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH9-to-partner and partner-to-MYH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRIT1 grouped by MYH9-low versus MYH9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
