MYH13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUP1, AURKB, and CDKN3. Each is linked with MYH13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH13-to-partner and partner-to-MYH13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUP1 grouped by MYH13-low versus MYH13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
